Funny how many people started rabbling over this; I’m sure if it were an equally [or far more ] violent video game, but not GTA, no one would care. Or television show themed for that matter.
And yes, it does look shopped. More than likely the person is turning 14.
I grew up as the Duke Nukem 3D Champion of the neighborhood! Murder, Sex, Language, and did I mention Sex! Oh wait.. I never killed anyone since and now work in a 10×8 cubicle!
