As a vegetarian I find this funny. It’s sort of a clue to the level of understanding that people can have of vegetarianism. I’m all for eating good, healthy meat–I just don’t do it:
- You’re a vegetarian, but do you eat chicken?
- No…
- Oh, well you eat fish right?
- No…
- Seafood?
- … No, not ANY kind of meat.
haha Tether, that’s hilarious! Kudos on that re-word.

Umm there is actually different levels to being a veggie. Chicken and fish don’t cook up bloody so that is why stage 1 veggies eat them.

I’m a Vegetarian and a classic is:
- Do you eat fish? (As if fishes aren’t animals)
- Do you eat seafood?
And after these two, they ALWAYS ask:
- Do you eat tuna? (As if tunas aren’t fishes)

Actually, i think Pescetarianism and Pollotarianism are considered to be pretty much the same as vegetarianism — at least, in the sense that Vegetarian has come to mean somebody who restricts the level of meat that they eat.
Ah, vegetarian chicken. Grown from the rare veggie chicken bush. A fine delicacy!
