   To those wondering…

   It’s a fastfood restaurant/stall, most probably in the Philippines. It refers to the Negros island in the Visayas. The island is divided to two: Negros Occidental and Negros Oriental.

   Check wikipedia for more info about Negros Occidental/Oriental
